When you are pitching, there are many different ways you can grip the ball. It all depends on what pitch you are doing.
The first grip i'm going to show is simple. Its just the C grip for your fastball. You have to find the seams on the ball that makes a c and place four fingers on the top seam, and your thumb on the bottom. So when you pitch it you get the fast spin which makes your pitch faster.

The next pitch i will show you is the change up. Their is different types of change ups you can do. One is the knuckle and you just find the C and take your two fingers and put your knuckles on the ball, when you pitch it you push forward and pop open your fingers, you should end like your about to shake someones hand.
The other change up you can do is the flip-change. You hold the ball just like your regular fast pitch except when your in the pitch you turn your hand backwards so when you release it you flip it up.

The last pitch i'm going to tell you about it the screw ball. You still hold it the same way as your fastball except when your about to release it you twist your hand sideways, your thumb comes up and then it should end up side ways. It can be uncomfortable at the beginning but you will get use to it once you start throwing it more.
