when you are pitching their is a few different steps that you have to do.
step 1: You place your feet on the mound, if you are right handed you will put your right foot forward and left a little behind your right, if you are left handed you will do have your left foot forward and right foot behind.

Step 2: You shift your weight from the front foot to the back foot, just like you are rocking. As you do that your arms need to be together or in the glove, until you shift back then you bring both your arms back to get momentum.

Step 3: you push off of the mound, your glove hand should be pointing straight forward and your other hand will swing in a circle around. Once your arm gets to your hip you will pull the glove arm down, and snap and release the ball. Also while you do that you have to pull your back leg through.
